In the first Test against India, South Africa reached the top. South Africa, who were first put on 77 for the first time, lost two wickets for 65 runs in the second innings. The crease consists of acid (4) and rude (2). South African openers Dean Elgar (25) and McCorm (34) were dismissed. Pandya took two wickets. South Africa are currently at 142 runs.
