E-OFFICE POLICY TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN ALL DEPARTMENTS FROM APRIL 1ST

From April 1 onwards, from the Mandal and District level to all government offices, biometric attendance, The government has ordered the implementation of E- office policy.On October 18 last year, the GO 149 was issued to implement this policy in the secretariat, faculty and district offices.That technique was not fully implemented.From time to time, Chief Minister and CS have repeatedly stated in the video conferencing and reviews of their respective departments.From the start of the next financial year, all government departments must attend the biometric system, The government general secretary has issued orders for all government departments to implement the paper-free rule through the e-office.Thereby, the efficient and transparent governance will come to the public in a timely manner.



E-OFFICE POLICY TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN ALL DEPARTMENTS FROM APRIL 1ST

From next month, the government has ordered not to register any public office or paper file or register for employees. Any technical disadvantage or other reasons, if the paper file is to be maintained, must be given the permission from the head of the nodal officer to explain the reasons for it. Government departments, faculty, independent organizations, district collector and other offices are required to follow biometric and e-office policy.
