SC/ST ADJUSTMENT ACT,IMPLEAD PETITION IN SUPREME COURT: MINISTER NAKKA ANAND BABU

State Social Welfare Minister Nakka Anandababu said an impleaded petition would be announced on the Supreme Court's judgment on SC, ST attitudes.This decision was taken by the Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for the possibility of the existence of SC / ST communities due to the Supreme Court verdict.He spoke at a press conference on Monday in the fourth block publicity cell of the Secretariat.

Dr. BR Ambedkar has created a CS and ST Attariacy Act with high hopes. This Act has ensured great protection for SC, ST, Man, Life, and Property. In such circumstances, the Supreme Court recently ruled that restricting certain provisions of the SC, STI and the Dakshinam, Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has decided to make an imperative petition on the Supreme Court verdict. Minister Nakka Anandababu has said that the government will soon impleple to the impleadment of the state government as per the instructions of the Chief Minister. Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has said that the Central Government will file a review petition on the Supreme Court verdict.
