Prominent advocate Prashant Bhushan expressed dissatisfaction with the decision of the Vice-President  Venkaiah Naidu to reject the notice of the Chief Justice of India Dipak Mishra. Naidu's work is to see if the notice is right,He did not have the authority to deny the notice. The MPs who signed the notification of 64 members of the Rajya Sabha rejected the notification on Monday.The decision to discuss with the judiciary has also been taken.Prashant Bhushan responded in a tweet.You should see that more than 50 MPs have signed the notice.

Venkayya rejected the resolution.The MPs have been asked to appoint a committee with three judges.Prasad Bhushan said, "It is not the right decision to reject the censure, but the Congress party has expressed dissatisfaction over the decision of the Vice-President. Congress leader Velu Puniya said he would go ahead with discussions with the judges over the next discussion. This is really a very important factor. It is not known what kind of notice was rejected.He said Congress and other Opposition parties will discuss with lawmakers and take further action.
