Commenting on Asian Development Bank (ADB), India said India's GDP growth is estimated to be 7 per cent faster than it is in the current financial year. ADB chief economist Yasu has suggested that the growth of 8 per cent could not be achieved in India and the need to increase domestic demand by removing income impairment in the country. Development is possible only through exports. The ADB estimates that India GDP will grow at 7.3 percent in 2018-19 and 7.6 percent in 2019-2020. However, growth in the 2017-2018 fiscal year will be limited to 6.6 percent.

The 7.1% growth achieved in 2016-17 will have a decline in growth in the current financial year. Seven per cent growth is the fastest, and it is an amazing achievement to grow at 7.3 percent in the current financial year and 7.6 per cent in the next financial year.
