On the one hand, one of the fastest gains in the domestic markets, Marketers weakened in the backdrop of global markets' arches on Wednesday are limited to day-to-day basis.

In the last hour and a half, sales ended with huge losses. The Sensex dipped 304 points to close at 34,347, while the Nifty lost 107 points to settle at 10,429. Asian markets and European markets were down marginally, as the sentiment was weakened by domestic experts. Besides, the rupee touched a one-and-a-half year low of 68.28 a year ago. In the BSE Sensex, Sensex ended the day with a gain of 3.56%, NTPC 0.82%, L & T 0.55%, Tata Motors (0.49%), M & M (0.05%), Tata Steel (6.57%), ONGC Dr Reddy's (2.92%), IndusInd Bank (2.80%), ITC (1.92%) and Adani Ports (1.80%) were the biggest losers. Only four of the 30 Sensex firms lost their losses.
